All bus companies mentioned on this website are independently owned and operated; they are not employees, agents, contractors or representatives of Colusa Casino Resort, nor does Colusa Casino Resort direct or control their operations.  Each bus company, owner and/or operator is exclusively responsible for the operation of each coach or bus operated. No contract for services or warranties regarding bus transportation is created or implied between Colusa Casino Resort and any patron thereof, or any patron's heirs, agents or assigns by this or any other Colusa Casino Resort website, advertisement or representation. 2. Colusa Casino Resort makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety or adequacy of any bus operator, coach or driver.  Patrons are encouraged to contact bus companies to request any and all information regarding said bus company and to independently investigate the safety and adequacy of any bus operator, coach or driver. 3. Patrons assume all liability when reserving or booking travel with any bus company traveling to or from Colusa Casino Resort.  Patrons understand and agree that Colusa Casino Resort is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, death, damages for loss of profits, business interruption and loss of information) arising out of or suffered as a result of reserving or traveling on a bus company mentioned, displayed or linked to this website. 4. Patrons are solely responsible for following all rules, regulations and/or directives from the bus company with which they reserve or book travel. Colusa Casino Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen property, changes or delays in arrival or departure times or incidents occurring during or in connection with bus travel.
