Accounting Department
 

 *Staff Accountant II: Assists the Accounting Manager with review and coordination in the preparation of all financial and operating reports of all departments; posts financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records; ensures Colusa Casino Resort compliance with all governmental financial payment and reporting requirements.

*Cage Cashier: Handle transactions involving cash, chips, and checks. Will work directly with guests.

*Bingo Manager: Responsible for the ongoing operations and financial performance of the Bingo department. Additionally responsible for the coordinator and direction of the bussing program.

*Bingo Ops Floor Clerk/Pull Tabs: Responsible for supplying and advising guests with requested bingo paper and/or pull tabs as well as information about pull tabs and bingo games operated by the Casino. Verifies “BINGO” called by customer.

*Bingo Admissions Clerk: Responsible for selling admission Bingo paperwork and electronic Bingo devices to customers during session worked. Also responsible for control of Bingo paper issued to them and cash receive from guests.

Facilities

*Director of Facilities: Plans, drafts and schedules all construction repairs, additions and new structures for approval by Management. Coordinates and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Assures maintenance of the structural, electrical, and overall integrity of the facility, outbuildings, and grounds by scheduling work to be performed and training crew members in safe performance of tasks.

Food & Beverage

*Cook: Prepare menu items accordance with established procedures, methods of preparation, and adherence to menu specifications. Prepares food orders according to guest check instructions. Attention to quality and presentation at all times.

*Sous Chef: Assist with day-to-day operations of kitchen facilities. Assist Executive Sous Chef with food planning, preparation, quality control, cleaning and maintenance of the kitchens, and maintain the highest possible food standards set by the Food & Beverage Director and the Casino

*Hotel Night Auditor: Responsible for providing outstanding guest service for all resort guests. Handles registration, room assignments, check out, night audit functions, including posting room and tax charges, reconciling and running required reports.

Slot Operations

*Slot Attendant (Part Time): Responsible for providing outstanding guest service on the Casino Floor and attending to needs of our guests. Repairs small technical problems with slot machines, that can be quickly remedied, so that the guest can continue with an enjoyable gaming experience.

Table Games

 *Table Games Shift Manager: Manages and coordinates activities in the Table Game Pit including the direct supervision of the Table Games Staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and procedures.
